Dictating Dragon software

 
Apparently using the voice recognition software is a little more complex than I thought. In fact, it kind of sucks. I get the feeling this can take some time for this program to learn how I talk. Let's see if this mode works a little better. Personally the other mode was getting on my nerves. Like I was saying, is going to take some time for this program to get used to how I talk.

So today at work was okay, Bret was in his usual mood, which was miserable until he ate something, then he's just an ass. That sentence literally took five minutes to type. It's going to be a hassle to try to teach his thing my language. I think the basics are okay, but having an elaborate conversation with the computer might be a little too tough right now. I'd have to teach it a lot of slang and a lot of nuances that this computer does not understand yet. Not to mention the swear words. But once this computer does learn my style, it will literally save me enough time my on blog that I can do it more often.

I think I'm done training this tonight. Speech recognition software is a cool toy and it has a purpose but it will take some time to train it. In the meantime, it's time to shut down the computer and go watch wrestling because it's Monday night and I'm not going to spend my night off programming a computer.
